# Understand Projects and Timeline

## Overview

Projects is the shared workspace library, open to everyone in the workspace. Timeline shows workspace output grouped by date, with search, filters and file details. Workbench is where your personal editable copies live.

The supplied Timeline screen says output is kept for 30 days. Preserve useful work deliberately, confirm its destination and reopen the saved file. Do not apply Timeline retention wording to Projects.

## In Ideatura

1. Find the output in the conversation or Timeline.
2. Open and inspect the file.
3. Organise the useful output in the appropriate Project.
4. Return through Projects and confirm it opens.

## Check the result

The result is in the intended project and can be found without the original conversation.
