# Create an automation for sheets

> Proposed Revit example

## Overview

Provide the title block, sheet numbers and names, intended views, and a layout rule or reference.

Check numbering, placement, scale, overlap, and unplaced views. Test a second sheet set with different inputs.

## Example request

Prepare a sample sheet for each listed plan using the specified title block, starting A-101. Propose view placement from the reference layout and report numbering conflicts or views already placed.

## In Ideatura

1. Open a New Chat and provide the sample model, target and rule.
2. Ask for a short plan and resolve missing inputs.
3. Build the smallest useful version and inspect the native result.
4. Expose the varying values as parameters; save and test a second run.

## Check the result

Sheet list → created sheets → placement review → changed inputs and rerun.
