# Get help

> Find answers and ask useful questions in the Ideatura community.

<h2 id="community-forum">
  1\. Community forum
</h2>

Start with the [Ideatura Community forum](https://community.ideatura.ai/) for questions about using Ideatura, choosing a workflow or improving a result. Other architects and the Ideatura team read the forum, so one answer can help everyone working through the same question.

**Find an answer**

Search the forum for your task, application or error before posting. An existing discussion may already cover the steps you need.

**Ask a useful question**

Describe what you want to achieve, the application and relevant context, what you tried, and what happened. Include the expected result and a screenshot or small sample you have permission to share.

When you find a solution, reply with what worked. That makes the discussion useful to the next person.

<span id="community-forum-choose-the-right-route" />

**Choose the right route**

Use the forum for general how-to and workflow questions. For a reproducible fault that needs diagnostics, use [Report a problem](/studio-reference/ui-support#problem-reports).

Keep private account or billing details, sensitive project material and diagnostic bundles out of forum posts. Open [account and billing controls](/studio-reference/ui-settings#account-and-billing) for account matters, or use the problem report for diagnostics. Check the audience before sharing: the [workspace Support conversation](/studio-reference/ui-support#workspace-support) is not automatically private.
