# Overview

> Choose a useful task, run or create an automation, and inspect the result.

## 1. Choose your route

Choose one of two starting points:

**Start from a chat.** Describe the task, for example: “Help me create grid dimensions.” [Create an automation](/automation/automation-basics/create-an-automation-from-a-repetitive-task), test it on one plan and inspect the result before saving it for reuse.

**Run a saved automation.** Open **Automations** and choose **Dimension Plan Grids** if it is available in your library. [Review its inputs and run it](/automation/automation-basics/run-a-saved-automation-with-parameters), then inspect the dimensions before using it on another plan.

## 2. Work through a small result

Try one useful task, such as [grid dimensions](/draw/annotation/grid-dimensions), and inspect the result in its application. Follow [Setup](/start/setup) and [Connect your model](/start/connect-model) before running it on your own project.

## 3. Find a guide

Start with [Revit](/apps/revit), [AutoCAD](/apps/autocad), [Rhino](/apps/rhino) or [Blender](/apps/blender) to choose your working context. Browse **2D Drawings** and **3D Modelling** for task examples. Use **AI Foundations** for requests, **Automations** for reuse, and the [Studio tour](/start/studio-tour) to find everyday controls.

## 4. Get help

Ask questions in the [Community forum](/help/get-help), where other users and our team can help. If something isn’t working, start with [Fix a problem](/help/problems). If the issue persists, use [Report a problem](/studio-reference/ui-support#problem-reports) and describe what happened. Keep private project and account details out of public posts.
