# General: account, Portal and Billing

> Ideatura Studio

## Overview

General shows the signed-in account, Sign out, Portal and Billing, followed by subscription information. Confirm the account before investigating missing access or an unexpected allowance.

The enterprise tier and figures in the sample screenshot belong to that account. Public B2C documentation should explain the fields using the current individual offer.

## In Ideatura

1. Open Settings → General.
2. Check the account.
3. Use Portal or Billing for the relevant account task.
4. Return and refresh subscription information if needed.

## Check the result

You are inspecting the intended account and current subscription.
