# System: performance, capture and local storage

## Overview

The inspected Settings code includes live-stream resolution, capture resolution and a local document cache. These need explanations tied to image legibility, performance and disk use.

Clearing the document cache removes downloaded copies from the computer; the inspected confirmation says documents download again when opened. This is distinct from deleting a workspace file.

## In Ideatura
