# Tabs and libraries

> Use conversations, personal copies and shared workspace libraries.

<h2 id="conversation">
  1\. Conversation
</h2>

<span id="conversation-overview" />

Conversation is where you describe a task, supply context and review the response. The header shows the conversation title, menu, information control and new-conversation action.

Keep refinements of one result in the same conversation. Start a clearly named conversation when the task or intended result changes.

<span id="conversation-in-ideatura" />

1. Open a new conversation.
2. Confirm workspace and target context.
3. Send a bounded request.
4. Review the reply and continue with a specific correction.

<span id="conversation-check-the-result" />

The conversation has a clear purpose and the result can be traced back to its inputs.

<h2 id="history">
  2\. History
</h2>

<span id="history-overview" />

History lists personal conversations with titles, timestamps, statuses, target icons and row menus. Search finds previous work; Mark all as read clears unread state; Stop all is a separate action affecting running work.

Check the retention notice in History and save important files and reusable instructions separately from the conversation.

<span id="history-in-ideatura" />

1. Search for a task title.
2. Reopen the matching conversation.
3. Read its status and target.
4. Use the row menu for a task-specific action.

<span id="history-check-the-result" />

You reopen the intended task and understand whether it is still running.

<h2 id="workbench">
  3\. Workbench
</h2>

<span id="workbench-overview" />

Workbench contains personal editable copies. Its screen includes Search, View, New folder, Upload and per-item menus.

Use a personal copy to work on material before sharing it. Check the destination when copying it to a shared area; editing your copy does not update the shared source.

<span id="workbench-in-ideatura" />

1. Find or upload a sample file.
2. Open an editable copy.
3. Make and save a small revision.
4. Use the copy/share destination offered by the file menu.

<span id="workbench-check-the-result" />

The edited copy and shared source are distinguishable.

<h2 id="automations">
  4\. Automations
</h2>

<span id="automations-overview" />

Automations contains shared workflows that can be launched again. Search, sorting, Collapse all, folders and New Chain organise the collection. Each automation has open, run and menu actions.

Search the selected workspace for the workflow you need. Folder names and available automations depend on the material saved there.

<span id="automations-in-ideatura" />

1. Find a named automation.
2. Inspect its purpose, parameters and target.
3. Run a small example and inspect the result.
4. Follow Run, adapt, and create for the full workflow.

<span id="automations-check-the-result" />

The selected automation matches the task and its inputs.

<h2 id="skills">
  5\. Skills
</h2>

<span id="skills-overview" />

Skills contains shared instructions the assistant can follow. The screen offers Search, View, New folder and New skill, with Guidelines shown separately above the folders.

A skill supplies a method or domain knowledge. An automation runs saved work. A reference attachment supplies evidence for the current task.

<span id="skills-in-ideatura" />

1. Open the relevant skill and read it.
2. Attach the skill to a suitable task.
3. Check the assistant follows the intended method.
4. Save a deliberate revision through the available file workflow.

<span id="skills-check-the-result" />

The skill is available in the intended location and is used in the task.

<h2 id="projects">
  6\. Projects
</h2>

<span id="projects-overview" />

Projects is the shared workspace library. The screen has Search, a Project selector, View options, New project and a folder tree with file details and menus.

Group the drawings, photos, PDFs and model references for a task in the appropriate project. Check the workspace and sharing information before adding project material.

<span id="projects-in-ideatura" />

1. Create or choose a project.
2. Organise its reference files into useful folders.
3. Open a file and confirm its content.
4. Return to the same project to find it again.

<span id="projects-check-the-result" />

The files are in the correct workspace and project.

<h2 id="timeline">
  7\. Timeline
</h2>

<span id="timeline-overview" />

Timeline groups workspace output by date. Search, Filter, View and Upload help you find material; rows show file type, size, owner and remaining time where applicable.

Check the remaining time shown for useful output. Open the file, inspect it and save a copy in the appropriate library.

<span id="timeline-in-ideatura" />

1. Search or filter recent output.
2. Open the intended file.
3. Read its retention indicator.
4. Save useful work to a deliberate destination and reopen it.

<span id="timeline-check-the-result" />

The useful result can be found without relying on its temporary Timeline entry.

<h2 id="trash">
  8\. Trash
</h2>

<span id="trash-overview" />

Trash lists deleted workspace files with their former location and time remaining. Check that time before choosing Restore all or Delete all.

Restore only the material you intend to recover. Review the affected items before using a bulk action or permanently deleting files.

<span id="trash-in-ideatura" />

1. Find a disposable sample in Trash.
2. Check its name and original location.
3. Restore it using its available action.
4. Open the restored file.

<span id="trash-check-the-result" />

The recovered file has the expected contents and location.

<h2 id="find-files">
  9\. Find files
</h2>

<span id="find-files-overview" />

Search narrows the current area. View options change how its contents are presented; Timeline also has Filter, while Automations exposes sorting and Collapse all.

The ellipsis menu belongs to the selected item. Read the item name and location before copying, moving, renaming or deleting it.

<span id="find-files-in-ideatura" />

1. Choose the correct area first.
2. Search using a meaningful name.
3. Adjust the visible sort, filter or View options.
4. Open the target item’s menu.

<span id="find-files-check-the-result" />

The action applies to the intended item, not a similarly named file elsewhere.
