# History: find conversations and manage running work

## Overview

History lists personal conversations with titles, timestamps, statuses, target icons and row menus. Search finds previous work; Mark all as read clears unread state; Stop all is a separate action affecting running work.

The screen says conversations are kept for 30 days then deleted. Keep important files and reusable instructions beyond the conversation itself.

## In Ideatura

1. Search for a task title.
2. Reopen the matching conversation.
3. Read its status and target.
4. Use the row menu for a task-specific action.

## Check the result

You reopen the intended task and understand whether it is still running.
