# Projects: organise the shared workspace library

## Overview

Projects is the shared workspace library. The screen has Search, a Project selector, View options, New project and a folder tree with file details and menus.

Group the drawings, photos, PDFs and model references for a task in the appropriate project. Everyone in the workspace can access this library according to the supplied screen.

## In Ideatura

1. Create or choose a project.
2. Organise its reference files into useful folders.
3. Open a file and confirm its content.
4. Return to the same project to find it again.

## Check the result

The files are in the correct workspace and project.
