# Timeline: find recent workspace output

## Overview

Timeline groups workspace output by date. Search, Filter, View and Upload help you find material; rows show file type, size, owner and remaining time where applicable.

The supplied screen says output is kept for 30 days. Open the useful file, inspect it and place a retained copy in the appropriate library using the available file actions.

## In Ideatura

1. Search or filter recent output.
2. Open the intended file.
3. Read its retention indicator.
4. Save useful work to a deliberate destination and reopen it.

The useful result can be found without relying on its temporary Timeline entry.
