# Understand personal and shared areas

## Overview

History is labelled personal conversations. Workbench is labelled personal editable copies. Projects is explicitly open to everyone in the workspace; Skills and Automations are shared resources.

Moving from a personal copy to shared material is a deliberate action. Check the destination before sharing work or editing a shared instruction.

## In Ideatura

1. Compare the footer in History, Workbench and Projects.
2. Identify the current workspace.
3. Choose the correct destination for the result.

You know whether the material is personal or workspace-visible.
