Overview
Auto Dimensions demonstrates a saved configurable workflow for interior and exterior dimensioning. Open the intended model and view, inspect the automation’s parameters, and specify the reference and offset rules. Inspect what the dimensions actually reference, their offsets, exceptions, and readability at drawing scale. Use a small view first, then adapt the rule if the result differs from your standard.In Ideatura
- Open the Revit view and select the correct connected document.
- Review the automation and available dimension parameters.
- Run the interior or exterior dimensioning scope.
- Inspect references, offsets and exceptions; correct or adapt the workflow.
