Search, sort, filter and use file menus - Ideatura

Overview

Search narrows the current area. View options change how its contents are presented; Timeline also has Filter, while Automations exposes sorting and Collapse all. The ellipsis menu belongs to the selected item. Read the item name and location before copying, moving, renaming or deleting it.

In Ideatura

Choose the correct area first.
Search using a meaningful name.
Adjust the visible sort, filter or View options.
Open the target item’s menu.

Check the result

The action applies to the intended item, not a similarly named file elsewhere.
