1. Prepare a Revit task
Open the intended model and save or synchronise it as your project requires. Start a New Chat, choose the model and thinking level, and check Mode and Connected Apps. Identify one view, sheet or selection of elements in the prompt.Screenshot placeholderA Revit selection and Studio task controls
2. Review a plan
Ask Ideatura to inspect the selected context, identify missing information and propose a short plan before making changes. Review the plan and resolve assumptions about the target and intended result.Screenshot placeholderA proposed plan awaiting review
3. Run and inspect
Run one bounded step and read the report. Inspect the actual Revit result, check that the intended elements changed according to the agreed rule, and correct any differences. Save the checked native document.Screenshot placeholderThe task report beside the inspected Revit result
4. Adapt to your project
Repeat the checked task on one representative view or component in your project. Provide actual view names, element IDs, naming rules, templates, linked-model conditions and exceptions. Explain which assumptions differ from the sample.Screenshot placeholderProject-specific references and task instructions
5. Check before expanding
For an automation, review its parameters and prerequisites; for a chat task, give the new context and ask for a plan. Run, inspect and correct the small scope before expanding. Check that the result follows your standards and handles the exceptions.Screenshot placeholderA checked project result and its exceptions
