1. Choose an outcome
Use a conversation to work on a model or drawing, or an automation to repeat a task. Examples include dimensions, views and sheets, markup to a Revit model, a parametric family from a drawing, DWG reconstruction, and standalone modelling.Screenshot placeholderConversation and saved automation examples
2. Check the example
Open an example close to your work. Check which application it uses, whether it runs through chat or an automation, and the inputs it needs. Identify the expected output and where you will inspect it.Screenshot placeholderAn example’s input, application and result
3. Choose the working context
Use Ideatura on its own or connect it to another application. Available operations depend on the connection, so choose a guide for your application and output. In either case, give context, direct the work and inspect the result.Screenshot placeholderStandalone and connected application choices
4. Start with a small task
Choose a task with known inputs and a result you can inspect. Try it on a sample file first. Once you understand the workflow, repeat it on a small part of a copy of your own project.Screenshot placeholderA small task with a reference and checked result
