Use this route when sheets or a drawing list already exist. Creating one new sheet per room is a different workflow.

1. Prepare the list

Identify existing sheet numbers and names, the views to place, title blocks and items to preserve. If using a table or CSV, explain its columns and confirm that the relevant rows can be read.

2. Confirm the mapping

Ask for the source-view-to-destination-sheet mapping and resolve missing or ambiguous views before placement. Test one sheet. For creating new views, use Room packages.

3. Inspect the sheet

Check view identity, scale, numbering, title block and retained notes/details. Review overflow and reading order with Arrange views. Save only after inspecting the native output.
