1. Join the waitlist

Start at ideatura.ai and click Try now at the top right. Ideatura homepage with callout 1 beside the Try now button at the top right. This opens the waitlist. If you reach the sign-in page instead, choose Join waitlist; Log In is for people who already have access. Ideatura entry screen with Log In and Join waitlist buttons. Enter your name, work email, company and role, then tell us which design tools you use and what you would like help with. Complete the form and select Join waitlist. 2. Open your invitation

When your invitation arrives, follow its link to set up your account. The example below shows an organisation invitation with an Open Ideatura button. Use the email address that received your invitation. Example organisation invitation with Open Ideatura button. Invited by your company? Start with that invitation. Your organisation is the team account that provides your access; check with its administrator before buying a separate subscription.

3. Sign in

At app.ideatura.ai, choose Log In. Continue with email, Google, Microsoft or GitHub, using your invited address. Sign-in form offering email, Google, Microsoft and GitHub. The web portal manages your account, subscription and download. Your conversations happen in the desktop application, Ideatura Studio.

4. Choose your plan

If prompted to choose a subscription, compare the included credits and tools with the work you expect to do. Starter suits quick model queries; Plus adds core CAD automations; Advanced covers more demanding 3D modelling and team work. These are the public plans checked on 23 October 2026. Check current pricing and confirm the amount, billing period and any offer conditions before completing your subscription. If your subscription is managed by your organisation or the Ideatura team, follow the billing instructions shown in your account.

5. Install and open Studio

Open the download page, choose Windows or macOS, and download Ideatura Studio. Open the installer and follow its instructions. Studio download page with Windows and macOS choices. Launch Studio and sign in with the same account you used on the web.

6. Say hello

Open a new conversation using the pencil icon at the top. Type Hello Ideatura and send it. When Ideatura replies, your first chat is ready. Actual Studio conversation: Hello Ideatura, followed by Hello Andrea! What would you like to work on today?
